Natural Deluxe Flavourings
Suitable for an extended shelf life whilst un-opened, and have the ability to improve the texture of many end products. This range has a very high fruit content, natural flavour boosters and no added colours. Primarily designed for manufacturers who wish to incorporate premium fruit and natural flavourings into their product with some additional ‘fruit show’. In addition to the fruit versions, we can also supply non-fruited versions.
Suitable for Bakery, Patisserie and Confectionery. These economical flavourings and colouring products are suitable for applications such as Fondants, Toppings, Fillings, Icings and Cakes at a cost effective price without compromising quality. With a dosage range starting from 0.1% dependent upon taste and application, this range gives the best possible combination of price and quality.
Patisserie Flavouring Range
Specifically manufactured for Bakery and Patisserie applications for both large scale and craft. Formulated for improved ‘bake stability’ and are suitable for use in all baked goods and for use in Icing, Butter Creams and Dairy Creams.
Colour / Flavour Compounds
We manufacture 2 types of Colour/Flavouring Compound suitable for use in Bakery, Patisserie and Confectionery application. They are our Standard Compound and our Glace Compound. The ‘Standard’ compounds can be used in Cake mixes etc. The Glace Compounds are ideal for adding to Icing mixes.
