The shells - made of Callebaut®'s caramelly and creamy milk chocolate – have a lovely snap and a fine taste to delight your customers. They have an accommodating opening so you can easily fill them with any fluid ganache, praline or cream filling.
Chocolate truffle shells are pre-made chocolate shells which you simply fill with either ganache, fruit puree or liqueurs and coat in chocolate with a final rolled decoration of chocolate vermicelli or dusting of cocoa powder.
